DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETING APPLICATION Before you start this application: Your son is asked to write a short essay on the following topic. We suggest typing it before you start the application and copy/paste it into that field: "What things are most important to you in your life? What do you hope to gain from a Yeshiva high school?" NOTE: Since this application must be completed in its entirety, we suggest both the student and parent' should be available when filling out this application.
1. Complete all items clearly. Do not omit any items. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

2. The Applicant is required to have an Evaluation Form completed by both the Judaic and General Studies Principals of applicant’s school either through the digital form or paper form, both of which are available on our website on the apply to high school page.
3. The Applicant is required to submit 7th and 8th grade transcripts either by email to admissions@FTIyeshiva.org, faxed to 856-482-8235, or mailed to FTI, 31 Maple Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.

4. Applicant will be required to take an entrance examination in Gemara and general studies and appear for a personal interview. If you submit official scores from a standardized test (e.g., Metropolitan 8), you will not be required to take a written examination in reading and mathematics. Upon receipt of completed application and evaluation form, we will contact candidates to arrange for interviews.
